Q. What happens to back ordered items?

A. There are several options available for back ordered items. Ideally, there would never be back orders but Huntingknivesandmore.com offers so many items that it is impossible to stock them all. During ordering, you can chose to either ship the order complete or ship with back orders. When those back orders arrive, we can either automatically ship them as they arrive, hold them until all the back orders arrive, or call you before shipping anything. We are here for you.

Q. How do you handle returns?

A. All merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 15% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back to Huntingknivesandmore.com, you must first contact us through email.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. All orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following business day.
